General Liability insurance?
How much will General liability insurance cost for my company? We have been incorporated for 2 years, with no claims against us. We are a parking revenue and security company. I have called dozens of brokers. i just need a ball park so I can tell if i am being ripped off. We have insurance now but feel it may be to high. Please advise

maybe i should clairify.. I have been doing research for weeks. Agents will not give us a quote becaause underwritters don’t want to quote more then 30 days out. I am not looking for the cheapest insurance. i am looking for good insurance at a fair price. I just need a ball park to compare to
Again I have spoke to dozens of brokers!!!! I have not received any quotes because they all want me to lock in with them .
Quite honestly, the rates vary widely from business to business. If you’ve already shopped around across a dozen places or so odds are you’re seeing a very good representation of the average rates for your particular industry and location.
If it’s at all helpful, one of my friends owns a comic book shop and his liability insurance is very reasonable. However his brother owns one of those companies where they turn human bodies into mannequins (like you see in those shows that roam the country) and his rates are simply astronomical. I find that a little more than ironic since the only people on his property are frozen solid and stored in boxes but that’s a very complicated field for underwriting, I guess.
